Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products that are specially made or personalized. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us for assistance. Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mayra@ameraindesigns.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Customer is responsible for return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you have any questions about the return process, feel free to reach out via email.

Damages and Issues

We carefully inspect all items before shipping them to ensure they are in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Please be prepared to provide photos of the box it arrived in, and the item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
